We use the latest 3D CAD design and FEA software to bring our innovative design and engineering solutions to reality with short lead times. We use CATIA as our main 3D CAD Package to ensure that our design meet the high tolerances demanded by our customers.
With over 20 years of designing and Engineering composite Components. We are able to fully design and engineer composites solutions from a blank sheet of paper to a finished product. We can design tooling and develop the layup to ensure that you achieve a light weight and cost effective solution.
We are actively involved in the renewable energy sector. We have developed for our clients some of the most powerful turbines for their swept area. We are able to offer a complete solution from the aerodynamic development of the blades through to engineering of structures.
With over 20 years of experience of designing and engineering wind tunnel models from Formula 1 through to WRC. We are able to offer a complete solution. We can design and build wind tunnel models and work with your design team to help create a world beating product.

TT Design and Engineering is a SME based at the Bristol and Bath Science Centre. We are a very innovative design company. We are able to work to short time scales and have the ability to design from a blank sheet of paper through to a finished product. We have many years of designing for Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing.
